I’ve been thinking about how much of the work we do isn't actually about the tasks themselves—it’s the constant, quiet mental load of remembering and holding it all in our heads for days and weeks at a time. It is simply too much for one person to carry, and it often leaves us feeling completely fried and unable to catch up with our own lives.
We often pick up this weight because of the internal programming we’ve received since we were kids—the idea that we have to be helpful and that if it isn't hard, we must not be doing enough. But I’ve realized that we don't need to work harder; we need support systems that actually hold our executive-functioning brains.

In this free video session from my Less, Lighter, Calmer course, I want to help you start naming your Allies. These are the people in your life—from your family to your professional network—who will actually benefit from you being a calmer, lighter version of yourself. It’s about learning how they can support your quest for a more sustainable life.
If you’re ready to stop carrying the entire mental load alone and find the support you actually need, enter your details below to watch the "Find Your Allies" session for free.
