I understand that my information will be used in accordance with Fresh Rise Group Terms and Conditions. As previously agreed upon, the Good Hart Residency Board will pay $100 for one coaching session per resident, given that the Artist in Residence chooses to schedule and engage in. If a client no-shows for the appointment, $50 no-show fee is assessed to Good Hart Residency Board. The client has one additional time to reschedule and attend the session.
